I couldn't agree more. Now if my follow-through was only as great as my determination to write hand-written notes every single day. Steve Belton was my boss at the Urban Coalition of Minneapolis, and taught me the value of a hand-written note. He was also a fan of sending newspaper clippings to friends with a little note. Great guy. His wife Sharon Sayles-Belton was the first female African-American Mayor of Minneapolis.
