Great recap of #DellCAP, Claire! And it was SO good to finally meet you! ;)

I think there were some great conversations during the 1st day of #DellCAP, and I think you and the other participants gave the Dell attendees some excellent feedback to act on. And I think they are serious about doing just that.

Claire, inviting you to #DellCAP gives it some strong credibility. Having followed your posts about your problems with Dell products and service, I know they weren't looking for participants to stroke their egos. I'm happy to see both you and they benefited from the experience!

Claire...a very thoughtful review. The Dalai Lama teaches, "When you lose, don't lose the lesson." Dell is leveraging their loss by learning from it. I applaud that. Great to meet you in Austin. Dave Gardner

I could not agree more with your thoughtful post about our experience at #DellCap. I enjoyed meeting you and would love to keep in touch.
I wish I had planned another day just to check out the city because Austin seemed like a cool place to visit. Lauren McMullen
