Todd Defren over at PR Squared turned me on to this video today. It's soooooo true. Agencies get abused like this all the time. Not ALL clients take advantage of their agencies, but in a recession, bad behavior abounds. Enjoy!

So true! This is also what happens to production companies and talent agencies. Clearly a trickle down effect.
And fully supports my regular use of food analogies when trying to help clients understand what they are asking for, compared to what is actually possible.
In some other universe, there is a pizza shop called Kathy's Analogous Pizzas. "We can deliver exactly what you order, but it costs money and takes time."

It's so true. All the agencies I've worked at always throw in added value on projects and sometimes the client never knows how many hoops they've jumped through to get the project done for the client.
